Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use it.
Custom & personalized work
- You're responsible for the accuracy of personalization details (spelling, dates, names). We produce from the details you submit and approve.
- Custom and personalized items are final sale — see our Returns & Exchanges policy.
- Handmade items may have slight natural variations; this is part of their character, not a defect.
- Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in the finished product.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including designs, images, logos, and text — is owned by Shady Lady Designs and may not be reproduced without permission. If you provide artwork or text for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use it and grant us permission to produce it for you.
Shipping & risk
Production and delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shady Lady Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
